Nestled Between the Palazzo Grassi and the beautiful Galleria dell’Accademia our residence is literally a stone’s throw from the spectacular Grand Canal and enjoys a fabulous location, just steps from the main tourist attractions: The Accademia bridge, The opera house La Fenice, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the Rialto Bridge, the Punta della Dogana and really close to the wonderful Piazza San Marco (just 10 minutes walk), a noble space that brings together the city’s soul, its glorious past, art works and the most important monuments such as the Palazzo Ducale and the famous Basilica di San Marco, its most famous and seductive image.

From the airport (Marco Polo):

1 – Bus to VENICE – Piazzale Roma (bus station): SUGGESTED

A – Take the Boat Vaporetto ACTV n.2 (direction SAN MARCO GIARDINETTI) and get off at San Samuele ( about 20 minutes journey). From the wharf keep your right and turn on the very first street on the right, go straight on ( about 50 meters), pass Sotoportego MALIPIERO, turn left and immediately right, cross one bridge and go straight for 20 meters, before another bridge on the right , there is a brick and yellow building (number 2876 green door), we are there.

B – Take the Boat Vaporetto ACTV n.1 (direction LIDO) and get off at Accademia ( about 25 minutes journey). From the wharf keep your left and cross the big bridge, go straight for 50 meters; after the church (Chiesa San Vidal) turn left and cross a little bridge, and you will find us at the second door on the left (number 2876 green door) we are there.

2 – Boat to VENICE

Take the Boat Alilaguna orange line and get off at Sant’Angelo (approximately 1 hour Journey). From the wharf, go to Campo Santo Stefano (a big square), There will be a church on the right, in the other side of the square (Chiesa San Vidal). Take the first street on the right side of the church (Street CALLE DEL FRUTAROL), cross the little bridge, and you will find us at the second door on the left (number 2876 green door) we are there.

From The airport (Canova TREVISO):

Bus to VENICE – Piazzale Roma (bus station):

take the Boat vaporetto ACTV n.2 (direction SAN ZACCARARIA) and get off at the ZATTERE ( about 20 minutes journey). From the wharf , go straight ( direction ACCADEMIA BRIDGE), across the bridge, go straight (50 meters), after the church (SAN VIDAL) turn left cross the little bridge, and you will find us at the second door on the left (number 2876 green door) we are there.
